Helen has spent over 15 years in UK early-stage finance. After beginning her career in management consultancy, she worked on the Oxford Technology VCTs and then at YFM Equity Partners.
Helen has board-level experience at a wide variety of high-growth UK businesses, including 3 years as a NED of IXICO, an AIM-listed medical image management and analysis business. She has also spent time working with Crowdcube on the London Co-Investment Fund, as well as with Grant Thornton and Clearly So, an impact investment advisory firm.
Alongside her role with the Cass Entrepreneurship Fund, Helen is a non-executive principal at Larpent Newton, a fund management advisory business. Helen joined Cass as Investment Director of the Cass Entrepreneurship Fund in September 2015.

Oliver has spent over a decade in the UK finance and investment industry, with a focus on UK growth businesses for the past 6 years. He has managed investments in a variety of sectors and supported companies on operational and board-level matters.
Oliver's experience spans multiple sectors in the finance industry, initially as an advisor and subsequently as a direct investor. After beginning his career at Goldman Sachs, he worked at a boutique alternative asset manager, before moving into early-stage and development capital investment, in the UK and overseas.
